By accessing or using Code Blue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of a minor or another person, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

• •"Patient" refers to a user who requests medical services.
• •"Provider" refers to a licensed healthcare professional offering services through the platform.
• •"Services" refers to the medical care, consultations, and related offerings facilitated by the platform.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Code Blue only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and submitting requests. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• •Be available at the agreed location and time for the provider's visit.
• •Treat providers with respect and not engage in abusive or threatening behavior.
• •Pay any agreed fees for services received.
• •Use the platform only for legitimate medical needs.

5. Provider Responsibilities

As a provider, you agree to:

• •Maintain a valid and current professional license.
• •Deliver care in accordance with applicable medical standards and ethics.
• •Respond to patient requests in a timely manner when available.
• •Keep patient information confidential and handle it in line with applicable data protection laws.
• •Not offer services outside your verified scope of practice.

6. Verification of Providers

Code Blue verifies provider credentials before activation on the platform. However, verification does not guarantee the outcome of any medical treatment. Patients are encouraged to review provider profiles and ratings before accepting a service.

7. Payments and Fees

Consultation fees are displayed before a request is confirmed. In Egypt, payments are made directly from the patient to the provider unless otherwise stated. Code Blue may introduce additional payment methods in the future. You agree to pay all applicable fees for services you request and receive.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Patients may rate and review providers after a visit. Reviews should be honest and based on genuine experience. Code Blue reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise violate these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• •Submit false or misleading information or requests.
• •Impersonate another person or misrepresent your qualifications.
• •Attempt to interfere with the platform's security or operation.
• •Harass, abuse, or harm another user or provider.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Code Blue or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Code Blue facilitates connections between patients and providers but is not itself a healthcare provider. The platform does not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any service. Medical advice or treatment received through the platform is provided solely by the independent provider, not by Code Blue.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Code Blue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any service received through it. Code Blue's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the platform in connection with the relevant service, if any.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review it alongside these Terms.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
